Master planning efforts began in 2016 and evolved over the years. Multiple concepts arose, but the constant was adhering to the Central Healdsburg Avenue Plan by the Planning Commission. It created the framework for the master plan, road network, park with heritage redwoods, and how this new neighborhood would fit into the community. We led the effort of creating a CEQA document and tentative map for approvals in early 2020, collaborating with other design staff to form the master plan. Two of the seven lots have been built and developed, with another three to follow soon.
